Aircraft fuelling
CJSC Gazprom Neft-Aero is a spinoff of the Company's Commercial Department and started its aircraft fuelling operations in 2008. The company started aircraft fuelling and into-plane fuelling operations on 1 January 2008.
The sale of jet fuel produced by Gazprom Neft refineries and the operation of fuel service complexes at airports within the Russian Federation are the key areas of Gazprom Neft-Aero activities. Gazprom Neft-Aero currently operates under direct contracts with airlines selling jet fuel without intermediaries. The Company's principal customers include Aeroflot, Transaero, GTK Rossiya, S7, Sky Express, Nordavia-Regional Airlines, Donavia, and other Russian carriers.
The company provides aircraft fuelling services at the following airports: Sheremetyevo (Moscow), Domodedovo (Moscow), Pulkovo (St. Petersburg), and Tolmachevo (Novosibirsk), as well as at of the following airports: Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Bryansk, and Chita.
The development strategy of Gazprom Neft-Aero up to the year 2020 involves the development and expansion of a corporate network of modern fuel service complexes. By 2012, Gazprom Neft-Aero plans to gain an 18.5 per cent share of the Russian jet fuel market with retail sales of about 1.5 million tonnes of aviation kerosene per year. By 2020, the company will have a network of over 20 complexes located at domestic and international airports.
