Gazprom Neft-Aero CJSC, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft was established in 2008 and provides aircraft fuelling services and into-plane fuelling operations.

Aircraft fuelling

The sale of jet fuel produced by Gazprom Neft refineries and the operation of fuel service complexes are the key areas of Gazprom Neft-Aero's activities. Gazprom Neft sells jet fuel through its subsidiaries including Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Murmansk, Tomsk, Bryansk, as well as in the countries of Central Asia, such as Kazakhstan (Astana), Tajikistan (Dushanbe) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek). Today the Company fuels the aircraft of Russian airlines in the airports of South-East Asia, Europe, Africa and Latin America. 2010 was the year for rapid international development: Gazprom Neft-Aero secured a presence in the airports of Turkey, China, Jordan, Norway, India and Cyprus.

Trend of aviation fuel retail sales in the Russian domestic market in 2009-2010

Gazprom Neft-Aero is a leader in jet fuel retail sales among network companies and is ranked second for jet fuel supplies to the domestic Russian market. In 2010, the Company increased its retail sales of jet fuel by 19 percent.

The long term development strategy of Gazprom Neft-Aero involves the development and expansion of a corporate network of modern fuel service complexes. By 2012, Gazprom Neft-Aero plans to gain an 18.5 percent share of the Russian jet fuel market, with retail sales of about 1.5 mln tons of jet fuel per year. By 2020, the Company will have a network of over 20 complexes located at domestic and international airports.
