In 2010, as a part of professional development, the Company’s employees took part in more than 750 programmes across a range of areas.
The key career development tool for Gazprom Neft personnel is the Individual Development Plan, which takes into account the requirements for a specific position, assessment of the results of employee development capabilities, and the opinions and views of line managers and mentors.
In 2010, the Company developed and introduced modular programmes for the comprehensive management potential development for Gazprom Neft employees. All programmes are based on an analysis of the Company’s business needs. Approximately 300 employees undertook these modular training programmes during the year.
