YANOS is Russia’s fifth largest refinery by volume. Total installed capacity at the plant is 15.27 million tonnes of oil per year. YANOS processed 14.9 million tonnes of oil in 2016, with the facility producing 8.4 million tonnes of light oil products, including 2.6 million tonnes of automotive gasolines and 4.1 million tonnes of diesel fuels.
Since 1 July 2012, YANOS has been producing exclusively commercial motor fuels compliant with Euro 5 environmental standard.
Two branded YANOS products were included in Russia’s “100 Best” product awards in 2016 — the plant’s AI-95-K5 gasoline and its BNK 115/15 bitumen.
The refinery’s annual installed capacity is 12.03 million tonnes of oil per year. The volume of oil refined at the Mozyr Oil Refinery is determined based on the Gazprom Neft oil supply schedule approved by the Russian Ministry of Energy and also how the oil is distributed for the oil refining needs of Gazprom Neft and sales to Mozyr Oil Refinery in accordance with an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Belarus.
The first phase of reconstruction of existing equipment for vacuum gas oil hydro-skimming was completed in 2014.
Within the Production Development Programme a diesel fuel receiving, storage and shipment yard commissioned in 2015 and C4 fraction absorption treatment plant commissioned in March 2016.
