Alexei Miller Chairman of the Board of Directors
		Born in 1962. Education: 1984 - N. A. Voznesenskii Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute. 2000-2000 - Director General, Open Joint Stock Company “Baltic Piping System”. 2000-2001 - Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. 2001-present - Chairman of Management Board of Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom. From 2002 – Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors of JSC Gazprom.

Vladimir Alisov
		Born in 1960 in Leningrad. Education: 1987 – Zhdanov Leningrad State University, faculty of law. From 1987 to 1995 changed a number of posts in the North-West Transport Prosecutor’s Office. In 1995, he changed over to the position of Vasileostrovskiy District Prosecutor of St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office, after which he was appointed Head of Supervision over Procedural Activities of the Internal Affairs and Judicial Bodies Department of St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office. In 2004, Vladimir Alisov took charge first of the Legal Division and later of the Legal Department in Gazpromregiongas. In 2007, Mr. Alisov joined JSC Gazprom as a Deputy Head of the Legal Department, and in 2008 he was promoted to the position of the First Deputy Head of the Legal Department in JSC Gazprom. Member of the Russian Lawyers’ Association, member of the Expert Council for Corporate Governance of Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation.

Valery Golubev
		Born June 14 1952 in Leningrad. After graduation from V. I. Ulyanov (Lenin) Leningrad Electronic Technical Institute in 1975, went to work in TsNII of ship electronic techniques and technology. In 1979 he was called to serve in the KGB of the USSR. In 1991 he left for the Saint Petersburg Administration. Worked as Head of Secretariat at the Mayor’s Office, chief of administration of Vassilyeostrovsky District, and Head of Committee for Tourism. Graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1996, defended a thesis in 1997, and obtained a Ph.D. (Economics) degree. In April 2002 was elected by the Leningrad Region Legislative Assembly as the Region’s representative in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. In February 2003 was appointed as General Director of JSC Gazkomplektimpex and elected as a member of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom. From March 2005 – Head of the Department for Investments and Construction, General Director of JSC Gazkomplektimpex, member of Management Board of JSC Gazprom. From November 2006 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom.

Nikolay Dubik
		Born in 1971 in the town of Orekhovo-Zuevo of the Moscow Region. In 1993 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of law. Nikolay Dubik has received the "Honoured Lawyer of Russia" award. From 1992 till 1997, Nikolay Dubik held a position of a juridical assistant and counselor to the judge of the Constitutional Court in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. He has been working in JSC Gazprom from 1997. Within 2002 – 2003 he held post of Head of External Economic Activity Legal Support Department, in 2003 he changed over to the position of Deputy Head of Legal Department. In 2008 he was appointed First Deputy Head, and then Head of JSC Gazprom Legal Department. In June 2008, he was elected member of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom. He is the first class Counselor in Justice. Holds rank of the executive director in Gazprom Finance B.V. and Rosukrenergo AG.

Alexander Dyukov
		Dyukov was born on 13 December 1967 in Leningrad. After leaving school in 1985 he entered the Lenin’s Shipbuilding Institute. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1998, Dyukov took up the post of Financial Manager and Chief Executive director of CJSC St-Petersburg Oil Terminal. In 1998 he was economics director, and during 1999 acted as chief director, of JSC St-Petersburg SeaPort. In 2000 he resumed his duties in JSC St-Petersburg Oil Terminal as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2001 he took an IMISP MBA degree. In February 2003 he was appointed President of JSC AK SIBUR. Since July 2005 he has also been President of JSC AKS Holding. In November 2005 he ceased working as the President of JSC AK SIBUR. He is President of OJSC AKS Holding, and since December 2005, he has also been President of JSC SIBUR Holding. Since November 2006 he has been Chairman of the Management Board of JSC SIBUR Holding. On 23 November 2006 he was appointed Acting President of JSC Gazprom Neft’. On 30 December 2006 he was elected President of JSC Gazprom Neft’ by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Andrei Kruglov
		Born in 1969. Education: 1994 - Saint-Petersburg Technological Institute of Refrigeration Industry. 2000-2001 - Head of Department for Foreign Trade and Investments in the Foreign Economic Co-operation Management Department of the St. Petersburg Administration. 2001-2002 - Deputy Director, “Invest-In” Limited Liability Company. 2002-2003 - Head of Corporate Finance Department, member of Management Board of JSC Gazprom. 2003-2004 - Head of Financial and Economic Department, member of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom. 2004-2004 - Acting Deputy Chairman of Management Board - Head of Financial and Economic Department, member of Management Board of JSC Gazprom. 2004-present - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Head of Financial and Economic Department, member of Management Board of JSC Gazprom.

Aleksandr Mikheev
		Born in 1944 in Moscow. Education: 1968 – Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry, oil- and gas-field faculty. From 1968 to 1996 worked in gas industry (All-Union Gas Industry Research Institute, Gazprom Central Operations Control Department) and in the USSR State Logistics Committee as a Gas Branch Supervisor. In 1996, Aleksandr Mikheev was appointed Deputy Head of Gas Supplies and Sales Department in Gazprom. In 1998 he was transferred to the post of Deputy Head of Gas, Oil, Condensate and Derivatives Marketing Department, after which in 2003 he changed over to the position of the First Deputy Head of Marketing, Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Refining Department of JSC Gazprom, which he has been holding up till the present date. A. Mikheev was awarded governmental and industry awards. Author of printed publications, including The Gas Industry Employee Handbook and Sputnik Gazovika (Gas Worker’s Companion) Handbook.

Olga Pavlova
		Born in 1953. Graduated from Far East State University in 1976. 2001-2002 - Assistant Professor, Civil Law Department, Saint-Petersburg State University. 2002-2003 - Deputy Head of Economic Department of the President of the Russian Federation. 2003-2004 - Head of Department of Property Management and Corporate Relations, JSC Gazprom. 2004-present - member of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom, Head for Property Management and Corporate Relations, JSC Gazprom.

Vasiliy Podjuk
		Born in 1946. Education: 1969 - Ivanovo-Frankovsk Oil and Gas Institute. 2000-2002 - Head of Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production & Processing Department, Member of the Management Board, JSC Gazprom. 2002-present - Head of Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department, Member of the Management Board, JSC Gazprom.

Kirill Seleznev
		Born in 1974. Education: 1997 - D.F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University. 2002 - Saint-Petersburg State University. 2000-2001 - Head of Tax Policy Group of the Baltic Pipeline System (BPS) JSC, a BPS’ branch of the Verkhnevolzhskie Magistralnye Neft’eprovody. 2001-2002 - Deputy Head of the Management Board Administration – Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board, JSC Gazprom. 2002-2002 - Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons, JSC Gazprom. 2002-present – Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons, member of the Management Board, JSC Gazprom.
