The Okhta Centre Project provides the development of a social and business centre in Krasnogvardeisky District in St. Petersburg. This project is expected to deliver the city’s modern architectural symbol.

In addition to office buildings, the Okhta Centre will comprise hotels, retail, library, sports complex with a swimming pool, recreation park and skating rink. The development will also include the double-stage theatre, Museum of Modern Art and historical museum of St. Petersburg’s first settlements.
