The Okhta Centre Project provides the development of a social and business centre in Krasnogvardeisky District in St. Petersburg. This project is expected to deliver the city’s modern architectural symbol.
The Project will be financed by JSC Gazprom Neft’ (51%) and the City Administration (49%). The property rights shall be distributed between the city and JSC Gazprom Neft’ in proportion to their respective shares in the project funding.
In addition to office buildings, the Okhta Centre will comprise hotels, retail, library, sports complex with a swimming pool, recreation park and skating rink. The development will also include the double-stage theatre, Museum of Modern Art and historical museum of St. Petersburg’s first settlements.
Construction of Okhta Centre will become a milestone in development of St. Petersburg from the architectural point of view and in terms of the city’s economic and social life.
