New JSC Community and Business Center Okhta’s General Director is Appointed05.08.2009The authorities of JSC Community and Business Center Okhta’s General Director exercised by Nikolay Timofeevich Tanaev are early terminated in view of his forthcoming election Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Community and Business Center Okhta.
The duties of the General Director of JSC Community and Business Center Okhta are imposed on the Deputy General Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs of JSC Gazprom Neft Elena Anatolyevna Ilyukhina, who assumed office on August 3, 2009. Mrs. Ilyukhina will reserve her post in JSC Gazprom Neft.

Elena Anatolyevna Ilyukhina was born on February 5, 1969. In 1993, she graduated from the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University n. a. Ulyanov (Lenin) majoring in electronic devices. In 1999, she graduated from the St. Petersburg State University with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2001, Mrs. Ilykhina was conferred a Ph. D. in Economics. Starting from 1993 till 1996 she held a position of the Executive Director of AOZT OSTO. During the period from 1996 to 1999 she occupied an office of the General Director of OOO Firma Onega Plus. From 1999 through to 2001, Mrs. Ilyukhina changed various positions starting from a legal advisor to the Head of Legal Section within the structures of AKB SbS-Agro and AKB Severo-Zapadnoye OVK banking companies.
Starting from 2001 to 2007 she held a position of the Deputy General Director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FGUP) Rublyovo-Uspenskiy LOK under the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. Prior to her appointment in JSC Gazprom Neft, she held a post of the Executive Director of OOO Severo-Zapanaya Investitsionnaya Kompaniya (OOO North-West Investment Company). Starting from January 2008, Mrs. Ilyukhina has been working with JSC Gazprom Neft as a member of the Management Board of the Company and a Deputy General Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs being in charge of legal and corporate support of the Company’s operations.
