Prequalification Stage Winners in the Tender for Design and Construction of the Okhta Centre Selected20.04.2007The Commission for Examination and Implementation of Strategic Projects in St.Petersburg selected five bidders for participation in the second stage of the tender for design development and construction of the community and business complex Okhta Centre.
According to the results of a prequalification stage the following bidders have been selected:
• Consortium comprising: CJSC SESM , NBBJ EAST LLC, JSC SPbNIiPI, CJSC Soletanshstroi, CJSC Armo-group, CJSC Schneider Electric, Shanghai Construction (Corporation) General Company, Mace International Limited
• Strabag AG
• JSC Enka Ishaat VE Sanaii A.S.
• Arabtec Construction LLC
• CJSC Managing Company – Construction Holding “ETALON-LENSPETsSMU”
The selection of bidders was based on such criteria as experience in high-rise construction, existing material and technical resources, sound financial standing.
