First G-Energy Service centre opens in Kazakhstan
Gazpromneft Lubricants — operator of the Gazprom Neft lubricants business — has opened its first service centre in Kazakhstan, part of its international G-Energy Service programme.
The centre is located in Astana, on the Alash Highway — a busy exit route for traffic heading to Almaty, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Schuchinsk and other cities. The centre can service approximately 20 cars per day.
The G-Energy Service facility has been equipped with modern oil change points, and is operated by qualified staff. Those Gazpromneft Lubricants’ oils and service fluids provided at the centre have been designed to suit a wide range of modern cars, both in and out of warranty, with the entire product range meeting the highest international quality standards.
In addition to this, centre staff undertake diagnostics, wheel re-alignment, interior dry cleaning, tyre fitting, replacement of brake pads and batteries, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. The centre offers a fully equipped visitors’ area, with an adjacent retail outlet selling oils, lubricants, service fluids and replacement parts.
As part of the G-Energy Service programme, Gazpromneft Lubricants supports partner service centres working under the G-Energy Service brand in helping source specialist equipment, training staff and fitting out new service centres.
The programme has already been initiated at centres throughout Russia, Italy, Georgia and Belarus. All service centres offer a full range of services, and are equipped with the latest technological equipment, meeting the highest standards of industrial and environmental safety. The G-Energy Service programme is expected to grow throughout Russia, the CIS, Western Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.
Gazpromneft Lubricants CEO Alexander Trukhan commented: “The G-Energy Service programme allows us to provide motorists not only with high-quality lubricants, but also with a consistently excellent level of service throughout all of those regions in which the company operates, whether in Russia, Europe or the CIS. Introducing the G-Energy Service programme to Kazakhstan is an important step for us, since the Kazakh market is one of the most promising in terms of developing the company’s international business. I am confident that those motorists already buying G-Energy and Gazprom Neft motor oils in this country will, quite rightly, also appreciate the quality of service provided under the G-Energy Service programme.”
