Gazprom Neft Board Discuss Company’s Current Business and Operations

A regular meeting of
Gazprom Neft Board of Directors was held on June 2 to hear the report on 2009 results and development prospects for exploration and production, logistics, processing and sales.
Further, the Board of Directors considered and took note of the fundamentals for the formation of the program for borrowings and Gazprom Neft’s debt portfolio management, and approved the schedule of the Company’s strategic targets until 2020.
