Gazprom Neft and NOVATEK have announced the creation of a joint venture, OOO Yamal Razvitye, to jointly develop potential hydrocarbon assets in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region (YNAO). Gazrprom Neft holds a 50% equity interest in Yamal Razvitye.

 

The combined experience of the two companies will enable them to optimize the development of complex multi-layered fields, containing natural gas, gas condensate and crude oil rims in the YNAO and ensure the rational management of the region’s resources.
