Gazprom Neft confirms its status as a responsible employer with accreditation from the ACCA
Gazprom Neft has become the second Russian company in its industry to be endorsed as an accredited employer by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
This accreditation from the ACCA officially confirms Gazprom Neft’s compliance with high standards in employee education and support, as well as its active investment in developing human capital.
One of the association’s most important objectives is to develop the finance profession, both in Russia and worldwide.
The ACCA helps maximise employee potential in finance and accounting.
Accredited-employer status offers employees a simpler way to confirm their ACCA membership, undergo regular training, sit exams, improve their qualifications at ACCA partnering training centres, and gain international certification. Accreditation also helps companies recruit the best specialists, contributing to the development of a financially sound business.
Vladislav Pozdyshev, Head of the Human Resources Department, Gazprom Neft, commented:
“ACCA accreditation shows that Gazprom Neft is consistently improving its working standards in HR. Receiving this certification gives our company new opportunities in using international best practices in financial management, as well as opening up new horizons for our employees in terms of professional development and growth.”
