Gazprom Neft has topped the ratings of Russia’s favourite employers in 2018, with the company taking first place in its category in the annual HeadHunter “Russia’s Top-100 Employers” ratings — the most representative and authoritative ratings in Russia ranking company reputations in human resources. The methodology behind the ratings takes into account the views of jobseekers (external evaluation), employees (internal evaluation) and HR specialists (professional evaluation). Gazprom Neft has been involved in the ratings since 2012, and is regularly cited as one of Russia’s best employers. The company took second place in the Headhunter portal’s 2018 “Russia’s Top-100 Employers” rankings overall.
Kirill Kravchenko, Deputy CEO, Administrative Affairs, Gazprom Neft, commented: “Gazprom Neft’s leading position in the ‘Russia’s Top-100 Employers’ ranking testifies not just to jobseekers’ traditional interest in working in the oil and gas industry, but also to the fact that the company is able to offer its employees rather more than just good pay and working conditions. In offering jobseekers interesting work and wide-ranging opportunities for professional growth in implementing promising projects we, in turn, rely on the fact that developing our talent pool means the company can further enhance its status as the industry’s technological flagship.”
