Gazprom Neft to continue providing free fuel for ambulances in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Omsk throughout May
Gazprom Neft is to continue providing free fuel for ambulances in the Omsk Oblast and the cities of Noyabrsk and Muravlenko in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug for the duration of May. Free fill-ups for medical transport will be undertaken at the company’s filling stations as part of the “Gazprom Neft for Medics” initiative, under the company’s “Antivirus” programme, directed at combatting the spread of COVID-19.
Gazprom Neft has been providing free gasoline and diesel for ambulances and social-services vehicles managed by the Omsk Oblast’s Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour and Social Security, as well as for ambulances in Noyabrsk and Muravlenko, since early April — significantly reducing transport costs for medical agencies, meaning the funds saved can be put towards fighting the pandemic.
The company will also continue providing free oil changes for ambulances throughout its G-Energy Service stations, again as part of its “Gazprom Neft for Medics” initiative.
