Gazpromneft Aero, operator of the Gazprom Neft aviation fuels business, has concluded a further agreement for “wing-tip” refuelling services of scheduled flydubai flights at Manas International Airport (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic). Supplies to flydubai in Bishkek commenced in February 2015, and this new agreement, scheduled to run to the end of February 2016, envisages the supply of Dubai — Bishkek — Dubai flights, on Boeing
Gazpromneft-Aero is currently also responsible for refuelling flydubai aircraft at Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow. First-half results for 2015 indicate total volumes of aviation fuel supplied to flydubai through the Gazpromneft Aero network amounted to approximately 2,000 tonnes.
Gazpromneft-Aero is a market leader in the domestic refuelling of airlines from the countries of the Persian Gulf, supplying fuel for scheduled Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways flights.

In late 2012 the refuelling complex at this airport successfully passed an inspection by IATA, as a result of which its refuelling facilities have been accorded the highest possible status for quality, allowing it to provide refuelling services to the most significant air carriers, without any restrictions.
Established by the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2009, the flydubai airline is based at Dubai International Airport.
The airline’s route network covers almost 80 destinations worldwide, including the countries of the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, Africa and Eastern Europe. The company operates regular flights to a range of Russian cities including Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Mineralnye Vody, Samara and Ufa.
