Petersburg has Chosen Seven Architects to Design Buildings of Administrative and Business Centre

St.-Petersburg has chosen architects who will be engaged in the design of buildings of the administrative and business centre.

From 42 applicants for the right to develop the project of a building, the tender committee has chosen seven: Jean Nouvel (France), Rem Kolhas (Netherlands), RMJM (Great Britain), Massimiliano Fukfas (Italy), Jacque Gertsog and Pierre De Meron (Switzerland), Daniel Libesting (Germany) and Richard Rogers (Great Britain).

The committee included the governor of St.-Petersburg Valentina Matvienko, members of the government and honorable citizens of the city.

By November of this year each of the architects should present the variant of the building of the administrative and business centre.

Let’s note that JSC Sibneft has founded a 100 percent affiliate - Gazprom Neft Invest LLC which will act as the investor and the construction customer of large administrative and business centre in St.-Petersburg.

Construction is stipulated by the Memorandum on Cooperation which was signed by the head of Gazprom Aleksey Miller and the governor of St.-Petersburg Valentina Matvienko last year
