The Gazprom Neft filling station network sells more than 6.5 million litres of fuel through its own AZC.GO app

Supported by online services at Gazprom Neft filling stations, gasoline and diesel sales through Gazprom Neft’s AZC.GO app have reached more than 6.6 million tonnes since its launch in December 2018. Sales levels through the mobile app saw a 70-fold increase between January and July 2019, reaching 1.5 million litres per month, with more than 200,000 motorists using the service. The app-based service is accessible at most stations in the Gazprom Neft network, wherever it operates.

AZC.GO is the Gazprom Neft filling station network’s mobile payments app, available on Android and iOS. Using AZS.GO can almost halve the time spent in filling up, with clients able to make an order for a certain number of litres, or a set price. Motorists can then make payments without even leaving their cars, using a linked bank card, ApplePay, or points obtained through the “On Our Way” Gazprom Neft loyalty programme. The AZS.GO app offers a search function to find the nearest filling station, by set criteria.

The active development of this app has been made possible thanks to the company’s partnership with the “Mir” payment network, under an agreement signed between Gazprom Neft and the National Payment Card System (“NSPK”) at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, with Mir cardholders being offered the opportunity to get higher cash-backs on fuel purchases through the AZC.CO app.
