Gazprom Neft Press Office:
As of 2010 year end, the crude throughput at the Moscow Refinery reached 10.147 mln. tons, which exceeds the planned targets by almost 350 thousand tons.
In view of the refinery's change-over to a two-year repair cycle, 2010 is comparable with 2008 in terms of the processing unit running calendar time. From May through June last year, the refinery's bulk processing units of the "big ring" underwent capital repairs.
In 2010, output of light oil products reached 57.17% (5.801 mln. tons). The increase in the share of high-octane gasoline in the production pattern made 2.1% as compared with 2008. Following the last year results, the Moscow Refinery's yield totaled 2.461 mln. tons of gasoline, including 2.01 mln. tons of high-octane AI-95 and AI-92 gasoline. Kerosene and winter diesel fuel production increased by 11% as compared with 2008. On the whole, the output of diesel fuel in 2010 reached 2.708 mln. tons, kerosene – 624 thousand tons, bitumen – 805 thousand tons, and commercial fuel oil – 2.574 mln. tons.
Irrecoverable oil losses made 0.73%, down by 12% from 2008. The refining depth at the Moscow Refinery reached 72.4%, up by over 3% from 2008.
