Omsk Refinery Boosts Oil Processing

Since early 2011, the Omsk Oil Refinery has started producing high-octane Grade 4 gasoline.

Overall, from January to April 2011, the refinery produced 1,294 million tons of gasoline and 2,062 million tons of diesel fuel, which is, respectively, 12.05% and 3.36% higher than in the first four months of 2010.
