Construction of New On-spot Plant AUTN-2 Completed at ONPZ

On September 28 construction of the automated on-spot plant AUTN-2 was completed at ONPZ.

The plant is constructed under the base project of German firm Marcon and at the moment is the largest plant not only in Russia and the CIS, but in Europe as well.

High accuracy of AUTN-2 work allows to minimize losses of light oil products at their shipment to railway tanks (up to 70 % of ONPZ products are delivered to consumers by railway).

Filling with AUTN-2 is tight which completely excludes emissions in atmosphere; gasoline vapor is pumped out to the block of gas recycling. After finishing complex tests for AUTN-2 it will be possible to fill about 390 tank cars a day. The management of ONPZ plans to construct one more similar plant for shipment of dark oil products.
