The plant, specialising in the production of of road, bridge and airfield mastics, sealants, emulsions and bitumen coupling strips, offers facilities unique to the Russian market. With a total production capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year, the plant’s product range covers 30 different branded items. The plant is equipped with all infrastructure necessary for the production, storage and shipment of premium products, as well as being equipped with its own testing facilities. The company’s own innovative solutions have allowed it to develop its own high-technology bitumen materials, enjoying considerable demand in the construction, repair and maintenance of highways, airfields and other infrastructure facilities.
The domestic market for cutting-edge bitumen materials was estimated at 122,000 tonnes in 2015: high consumption growth is expected to result in an almost two-fold increase by 2025, to 220,000 tonnes.

Gazpromneft Bitumen Materials (Gazpromneft BM LLC) is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, specialising in the production and sale of bitumen products. Established in October 2014, the company now holds a leading position on the Russian bitumens market. Sales of bitumen products through Gazpromneft-BM LLC total 1.7 million tonnes per year.
With production facilities located in Moscow, and in the Omsk, Yaroslavl and Ryazan Oblasts, as well as Kazakhstan and Serbia, the company produces road, construction and roofing bitumens, as well as polymer-modified bitumens and binders (specifically G-Way Styrelf), and bitumen emulsions and fillers. The company’s bitumens plant in Ryazan is the most significant producer of PMBs in Russia.
Gazprom Neft uses a variety of transport solutions to ensure the supply of bitumen materials throughout Russia, the CIS, and abroad. The company’s facilities in Omsk and Ryazan are equipped with specialist packaging production lines allowing the transportation of bitumen products throughout the country’s most remote and inaccessible regions.
