Gazprom Neft has been placed second in Russian online recruitment site HeadHunter’s “Best Employers in Russia — 2016” ratings, placing the company among the country’s top three most attractive employers, for the third time, according to HH.ru.
The “Best Employers in Russia” project is now the biggest and most authoritative assessment of company reputations in terms of the effectiveness of their HR system development. The methodology behind the ratings takes into account the views of jobseekers (external evaluation), employees (internal evaluation) and HR specialists (professional evaluation). More than 230 Russian companies took part in the ratings in 2016.
Vitaly Baranov, Deputy CEO for Administration, Gazprom Neft, commented: “The HeadHunter ratings are, in our view, among the most authoritative and representative in Russia. Taking part provides us with an all-round assessment of the effectiveness of the company’s HR management system establiched within the company. The fact that Gazprom Neft has, for several years already, found itself consistently among the top three leaders demonstrates that jobseekers and employees see us as more than just a company offering decent working conditions and compensation. Our value proposition is based on the key aspiration for most people — a drive for continuous development; that is the basis of our corporate culture, and it is precisely this approach that makes Gazprom Neft a genuinely attractive employer.”
