A new improved brand of diesel, under a new “DieselOpti” trademark, is now on sale at Gazprom Neft filling stations throughout the Krasnoyarsky Krai. The new fuel, which is fully compliant with Euro-5 environmental standards, is appropriate for both domestic and internationally produced cars and heavy goods vehicles.
The new fuel, produced using cutting-edge technology, features the latest new-generation high-technology components, cleaning the engine injector and preventing the subsequent build-up of deposits, in various types of diesel engines. Regular use of DieselOpti has been shown to deliver savings of up to four percent in comparison with standard diesels — confirmed by independent research at international laboratories. The use of hydro-treatment and de-paraffination technologies has made possible the production of a high-performance fuel, able to deliver even under winter conditions.
Gazprom Neft Regional Sales Director Alexander Krylov commented: “Providing our clients with high-quality petroleum products, coupled with high service standards, are the key objectives for our network. Motorists throughout the Krasnoyarsky Krai will be able to test this new diesel fuel, meeting the highest international standards, for themselves. DieselOpti will be appearing in Gazprom Neft filling stations throughout the Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Omsk, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Oblasts, as well as throughout the Krasnoyarsky Krai, by the end of this year.”
The Gazprom Neft filling station network totals approximately 1,400 filling stations throughout Russia and the CIS. The network’s extensive geographic range, coupled with the highly advantageous location of the company’s Omsk, Moscow and Yaroslavl refineries, continue to ensure Gazprom Neft’s leading position in the wholesale and retail markets of western Siberia and central Russia. A 2014 pilot project on the sale of DT+ diesel across the Gazprom Neft retail network throughout the Krasnoyarsky Krai saw a highly positive response from motorists in the Siberian Federal Okrug, on the basis of which the decision was taken to commence the sale of this new diesel fuel under the trademark “DieselOpti”.
