Gazprom Neft increases sales of G-Energy lubricants by one quarter in H1 2017

Gazpromneft Lubricants, operator of the Gazprom Neft lubricants business, has increased sales of G-Energy products by 26 percent in H1 2017, to 24,000 tonnes. Sales of various premium lubricants, moreover, are up 16 percent on H1 2016, to 140,000 tonnes.

Gazpromneft Lubricants sold 93,000 tonnes of premium products within Russia — 19 percent more than in H1 2016, increasing export volumes (which reached 47,000 tonnes) by nine percent. The company extended the geographic range of its sales in H1 2017, commencing supplies to Thailand, Libya, Peru and Senegal. G-Energy- and Gazprom Neft-branded products are now already available in 68 countries worldwide.

Total sales of Gazpromneft Lubricants’ products increased by two percent year-on-year, to 268,000 tonnes.
