Gazprom Neft has topped the Randstad employer ratings for the third year in a row. The company took first place in fuel and energy, with respondents also citing the “oil, gas and energy” sector as the most attractive industry. The Randstad employer ratings are based on independent research among 14,000 representative job-seekers throughout all regions of Russia, undertaken in December last year by international market research company TNS Global.
Kirill Kravchenko, Deputy CEO for Administrative Affairs, Gazprom Neft, commented: “Our third international Randstad ratings award in a row testifies, more than anything, to our work in recruitment, but also to developing a corporate culture in which employees have the opportunity for self-fulfilment, involvement in interesting projects, and putting their own ideas forward. We pay considerable attention to creating an attractive environment at Gazprom Neft, in line with company values and developing a culture that means we can recruit the best available outside talent.”Kirill Kravchenko Deputy CEO for Administrative Affairs, Gazprom Neft

Prizes have been awarded in Russia since 2014, with research traditionally being organised by HR holding ANKOR. Since 2016 research across 32 countries worldwide has been managed by international research company TNS Global.
