Gazprom Neft reduces prices for petroleum products

In the first half of August 2008, JSC Gazprom Neft lowered the prices charged by its refineries. The average decrease compared to the month of July is 10 percent for gasoline, 15 percent for diesel fuel, 4.2 percent for jet kerosene, and 5 percent for fuel oil.

The company believes that lower wholesale prices for petroleum products will lead to lower retail prices at gas stations in the nearest future.

Notes for editors

JSC Gazprom Neft owns a retail network of gas stations in 17 Russian regions and sells petroleum products produced by three refineries located in the Omsk, Yaroslavl, and Moscow regions.
