Gazprom’s quality management system secures international certification

Gazprom PJSC has been certified as meeting ISO 9001:2015 international standards.

The ISO 9001:2015 international standard covers key principles including a strong client focus, senior management being motivated by and engaged in ensuring quality, and the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard confirms that Gazprom’s day-to-day commitment to providing consumers with reliable energy supplies is conducted in line with the highest international standards.

Gazprom has recently put in place a successfully functioning company-wide Quality Management System (QMS), aimed at further improving the company’s performance and efficiency, and covering the business processes involved in producing, transporting, storing and processing natural gas, gas condensate, and oil. The QMS is expected to be applied to other business processes, in the longer term.

The audit confirming the Gazprom QMS’ compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification was conducted by the Russian Register audit association.
