Gazprom Neft has agreed to grant aviation fuel for two Transaero flights to the European Championship 2012 , from Moscow to Wroclaw and from Warsaw to Moscow. While earlier it was agreed that Gazpromneft-Aero will provide fuel for one Transaero flight carrying Russian football fans. The total volume of fuel required for these special flights is in excess of 23 tons.
On June 8, the opening day of Euro 2012, a Boeing 737 refuelled by Gazpromneft-Aero carried over one hundred Russian fans from Moscow to Wroclaw, Poland, including players from children’s and adult football teams. The fans plan to attend matches involving the Russian national team, which will take place in both Wroclaw and Warsaw. On June 17 another special flight will carry fans back to Moscow from Warsaw.
Gazpromneft-Aero CEO Vladimir Yegorov said, “Providing fuel for Transaero’s special flights is Gazpromneft-Aero’s contribution to transporting Russian fans to the UEFA European Championship. We wish success to the Russian national team at Euro 2012 and we have the utmost faith in them.”

Gazpromneft-Aero is the leader of the Russian aviation refuelling market. The company has its own network of refuelling complexes and ranks first amongst Russian retail network operators in terms of sales of jet fuel “into the wing”.

The main principle of this cooperation is the timely, efficient, high-quality provision of aviation fuel produced by Gazprom Neft at airports both within Russia and abroad. In 2012 Gazpromneft-Aero and Transaero worked together at airports in the Maldives, the United Kingdom, China, Croatia, Montenegro, Portugal and the Seychelles.
The strategic partnership agreement between Gazprom Neft and Transaero was signed in July 2008, with the purpose of increasing the efficiency and sustainability of the airline’s fuel supply system.";s:4:"TYPE";s:4:"html";}
