On July 24 in Noyabrsk Vice President of JSC Gazprom Neft Kirill Kravchenko presented the new deputy general director of JSC Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz Igor Kichko who will supervise personnel development and personnel administration, social maintenance and the issues of interaction with state authorities and the public.
In 1997 he received the degree of bachelor of jurisprudence in Baltic institute of Ecology, Policy and Law (St.-Petersburg). In 1998 Igor Kichko graduated from the St.-Petersburg state technical university specializing in International Economy.
In 2002 he finished the course “Legal Support of Personnel Management” in the Academy of national economy at the Government of the Russian Federation.
In 1997 - 2000 Igor Kichko worked as the deputy chairman of the Legal Committee of Administration of the Nefteyugansk district, Khanty-Mansi autonomous area. In 2000 - 2006 he worked as the chief of Legal Service of CPU-Nefteyugansk LLC (the managing company of the Service Complex of JSC NK UKOS in the Nefteyugansk region). During the same period he worked as a managing director of Yuganskdorstroitrans LLC (Nefteyugansk) and Nefteyuganskburneft LLC (Nefteyugansk). From 2006 he held the position of the HR deputy managing director of CPU-Nefteyugansk.
In July 2007 he was appointed the deputy general director of JSC Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz on organizational issues.
