Gazprom Neft has unveiled its newly launched website, available at www.gazprom-neft.com. Fully revised in line with leading international best practice, major improvements to functionality, structure and navigation have resulted in a completely new and intuitive user experience.
Web-pages have been revised in line with user needs, delivering high-quality, relevant content — a major improvement being the collation of all information on the company’s products and services in a single, readily accessible section. An improved search function, with various filters and other options, directs users to the content most directly relevant to them, while social media content (across all Gazprom Neft pages, as well as the company’s retail network) is delivered in a single, real-time RSS feed.
The site automatically analyses visitors’ behaviour and independently determines the audience that they fall into: motorists, business partners, peers in the oil-sector, investors, shareholders, journalists and job-seekers. On that basis, visitors are directed almost immediately to content adapted for that specific audience, although a series of “drop-down” menus also allows users to independently select the content most appropriate for them. The revised site has retained all functionality for users with special needs.
