The First Stage of Gazpromneft-Aero Fueling Complex Reconstruction Completed in Novosibirsk Airport Tolmachevo

The first stage of Gazpromneft-Aero Novosibirsk fueling complex reconstruction has been completed in the airport of Tolmachevo. Within the framework of the first stage of the fueling facility reconstruction project, a new fuel offloading pumping system representing at the moment one of the most technologically advanced systems in Russia was commissioned.

The project of Gazpromneft-Aero Novosibirsk fueling facility scale reconstruction is scheduled for five years. It provides for replacement of technological pipelines and tank farm equipment, tank car loading facility reconstruction and expansion of centralized fueling hydrant network. The project implemented by Gazpromneft-Aero is aimed at technological fueling facilities and equipment enhancement in accordance with the international standards, which will allow substantial reduction of fueling facility maintenance costs, minimization of the human factor impact and provide for a consistently high quality of jet fuel.

The Company’s core business is provision of aircrafts with jet fuel, sales of jet fuel produced at JSC Gazprom Neft’s oil refineries and operation of fueling facilities at such airports of the Russian Federation as those in Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Murmansk, Tomsk and Bryansk.

ZAO Gazpromneft-Aero’s development strategy till 2020 envisions the development of its own network of modern fueling facilities. By 2012, the Company’s retail sales should hit 1.0 million tons of aviation kerosene per year. By 2020, the Company plans to have over 20 fueling facilities located in Russian and foreign airports.
