The “Home Towns” Corporate Social Responsibility Programme

One of Russian business’s most successful and best-known local development initiatives. Voluntary activities, city celebrations and major international festivals — whatever the size or scale, all projects under the Home Towns programme are directed at improving quality of life in those regions in which Gazprom Neft operates.

Social projects are undertaken in partnership with local government, NGOs, local residents and Gazprom Neft employees, with the best projects put forward for the Home Towns grant-awards competition, receiving all the support they need from the company. Approximately 5,000 people are involved in voluntary initiatives under the Home Towns programme. Together with its partners, Gazprom Neft organises major events in all sorts of areas.
